Therapy Journal, Simple Daily Reflections
$0.99
NEARLY FREE digital download for easy printing !!!
I am pricing this at MINIMAL cost so you can get a feel for the therapeutic products I create.
Simple reflection journal with options to use narrative approach or bullet points. Available in 8.5x11 inches as well as A5 (roughly 6x8 inches).
To use the journal: print which pages you like best. In the evening, take some time to think about what happened yesterday, what happened today and what you anticipate for tomorrow. You can write sentences reflecting what you did, felt or experienced or use bullet points to quickly list. This technique was taught to me by a former mentor. I find it tremendously helpful and a low pressure way to start a journaling practice. As you use the journal, you may find certain topics stick out to you or stay with you longer. When you're ready, use those topics or life experiences as a starting point to free write. If/when you feel blocked or unsure of what to write, lean back on the "Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow" approach.
If you find this journal helpful and/or you like the design style please check out all options available for purchase!
