This workbook is best designed for someone who has identified they struggle with symptoms of anxiety or have been clinically diagnosed with anxiety. This workbook will guide you through three months of symptom tracking. When you are done with each month, map your symptoms on a calender to look for correlations and patterns. Take your results to a licensed mental health professional of your choosing and discuss.
